Visiting The Workshop
We welcome clients to bring pieces for in-person assessment. Seeing the furniture in person allows us to provide accurate estimates and recommendations.
During your visit, we'll examine the piece's condition, discuss restoration options, and explain our process in detail. Most consultations take 30-45 minutes.
Please email us first to arrange a convenient time. This ensures one of our senior restorers is available to meet with you.
What To Include In Your Inquiry
To help us provide an accurate preliminary assessment, please include:
- Clear photos from multiple angles
- Close-up images of any damage or problem areas
- Approximate age and origin of the piece (if known)
- Description of issues you've noticed
- Your restoration goals and timeline
